Shipping Information

Shipping Times:

Orders are processed within a maximum of 48 hours (2 business days) after the order is placed. This DOES NOT mean we guarantee the parcel will be delivered within this time.

All Orders within Australia are shipped by Australia Post in Express Post bags, with delivery to metro areas anticipated by the next business day, and to outer-metro, regional and country areas, delivery is most usually made by the second business day after dispatch. Deliveries to New Zealand are sent via Air Mail by Australia Post with delivery anticipated within 4-5 business days from the date of dispatch.

For both countries A$13-50 covers Shipping of Orders up to 3Kg. Any additional fee for larger bulkier items will apply - this will be confirmed via email.

International Orders:

We only ship to Australia and New Zealand at this time.

Package Appearance:

Parcels are sent discreetly using Mail cartons or bags. A plain return address label is used which reads PO Box 2046 BELGRAVE Victoria Australia 3160. There is no reference to Flirt Lingerie on the exterior of the parcel.

Return Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds. We will exchange faulty product by manufacture only, once the faulty garment/s has been received back to our office for assessment. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the Customer.

Should a product be faulty by manufacture, please notify us by email at sales@flirtlingerie.com.au. Goods cannot be returned without our prior authorisation.

We will package your order with the utmost care and ensure it leaves our premises under our stringent quality control processes. Should your order be damaged or lost within the freight movements, we are not liable. Please remember; you are responsible for shipping costs of all returns.

For any items or garments which do not fit properly we will exchange the garments providing that:

- The garment is returned within 5 days of receiving it.
- The garment labels are still attached to the garment.
- The garment has not been worn (except to assess the garment for size).
- The garment has not been damaged or soiled in any way.
- The garment has not been altered by you in any way.
- The returned item is accompanied by the original receipt.
- The item is returned to us in it's original, undamaged packaging.

We will do our best to exchange your item for the correct size in the same style, subject to stock availability. Where we can not supply the identical style we will offer an exchange of another item of the customers choice for the same value.

Please note, when purchasing pantyhose or stockings we do not accept returns or offer any refunds.

Postage charges when returning goods are the responsibility of the purchaser.

* Please remember to wear a liner/underwear when trying on your lingerie bottom or an outfit that has a panty bottom. We trust that most people are honest and will take the time to try on lingerie carefully and healthfully in all instances.
